WTD Photo Challenge

Remember when I said Toronto didn't do much for World Theatre Day? Well, that may not be true...

It started when Ian Mackenzie took a picture of himself standing on a stack of books for World Theatre Day. Then Kate Foy did it. Then Simon Ogden did it. And then Rebecca Coleman joined in (I like her nailpolish!). Before we knew it, we had a little meme going. And Ian had the idea that maybe we could turn this a WTD09 poster. So here is the challenge:

Theatre friends, what books lift you up where you belong?

Take a picture of yourself standing on them and email to frabbaurt633[at]tumblr.com, which will add them to our World Theatre Day 2009 tumblog. Ian will be able to get his hands on them from there, I believe. Also, leave me a comment here so I can go check it out. And, being an avid little reader, you could also tell me about the books you chose...Just a thought!

I will post my own version up here tomorrow after I have a chance to take one!
